The internet connection in the rooms was very weak.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous. They upgraded our room, and the bathroom was tidy with a great shower head. However, the hotel turned off the AC and the room got so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The furniture in the room was old and needs an upgrade.

The room was very cozy, clean, and the whole complex had a lovely scent, especially in the room. Special thanks to the woman who cleaned our room—she was very polite and caring. The breakfast was diverse, offering something for everyone’s taste. The pool was clean. I also want to thank Snezhana for helping with a financial issue, assisting us with a transport card, and even helping rescue a kitten. I wouldn’t list this as a drawback, but keep in mind the hotel is best suited for those who are willing to travel to the center by public transport or walk. For us, that wasn’t a problem because the route goes through beautiful streets and a park.

An excellent standard hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The location isn’t the best, but getting to the city by bus is easy and the price matches the location. I would stay again.
