“Decent stay”

Conveniently located close to where I needed to be, but the bathroom tiles had cracks and the eggs at breakfast were watery—clearly powdered eggs—and they only offered toddler cups for drinks. I wouldn't stay here again.

“Room cleaning needs follow up.”

The desk staff were excellent and efficient, but after staying a week I had no cash for a tip on two days and the staff refused to clean my room; my bed remained unmade, the trash was not emptied, and no fresh coffee was supplied for the in‑room coffee maker.

Not much. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we had to wait until after 415pm to check in. And they wouldn't let us wait in the lobby. After a long drive, this very disappointing. Also, not what we typically expect from this hotel chain. Needs upgrading. Lots of rusted places on the building, especially the pool area

Breakfast was nice, though the potatoes should have been cooked a bit longer. The guest smoking on the second floor had a very loud odor.
