The bed was really comfy, which was a plus. However, the bathroom was a bit of a disappointment - it wasn't the cleanest, and the shower mat was dirty. The sink and toilet were old and worn out, and there wasn't even any soap.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but it was a total disaster. The room they gave me was a connect room, which was crazy - I was traveling alone, why did I need a room for two? And to make matters worse, the people next door were loud until 1 am. I couldn't sleep because they kept trying to open the connecting door.

The view from my high-floor room was amazing, and the room itself was really comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which was great. However, I did have a issue with noise from outside - people talking loudly could be heard really clearly.

I'm really impressed with Hotel neo - the employees are super friendly and the security guards are really polite. A big shoutout to Dika, the security guard on duty who went out of his way to help me. Overall, I had a great experience here.
