The hotel is clean and bright, and you can see the night view of the Red River.

The place is tidy, well‑located, and the bed and room are spacious. The staff could use improvement.

The front‑desk guy was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is far from Hanoi’s sightseeing spots; walking 1.5 km means crossing a busy road full of cars and bikes, which is hard in the rain.
