The staff were amazingly friendly, breakfast was excellent, but the room could have had more space to hang towels.

The location was perfect for what we were planning to do in Madrid and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid. We chose this hotel mainly because of its pool, but when we arrived the fire on the M‑30 had shut it down, so we couldn’t use it. They only offered a polite apology and no compensation, which disrupted our single day of plans.

The futon sofa was rather uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and the coffee was good. The parking was tiny, stressful for the driver, and it was also paid!
