Everything was fine. The owner was amazing. Great communication. Everything was clean. You can manage a bit of Czech. Nothing to complain about—complete satisfaction.

I found a great base for exploring the nearby mountains; the sauna was really good for the price and there was a barrel for a symbolic extra fee. The common area downstairs and the night space upstairs offered plenty of room.

The views were stunning and the adrenaline factor was included in the stay, the cabin was pretty, the scenery gorgeous, and the vibe was great. At first glance it seemed like the perfect spot for a weekend with friends and kids, but we didn’t expect the owner’s constant supervision and several adrenaline activities to be part of the cost. It turns out it’s a duplex, so the privacy isn’t what you’d expect from a standalone cabin. Plus, everything else was extra – even billiards. During the stay we sometimes wondered if the mountain view would be charged. The biggest highlight was definitely the owner, who warned us that if the kids walked down the stairs in shoes they would “hang”. A quirky way to greet families with kids. The climax came during a barbecue when the owner showed us the grill with no warning that we couldn’t use wood, so we surprisingly used it. Then he came angry, ordering us to take the wood away immediately. Because we didn’t respond at a military pace, he added that otherwise “their teeth would fall out”. At that point we didn’t know if we were on vacation or on a survival reality show. The music was also an issue – we respect the night quiet, but if you’re going to a cabin with a group and kids, you probably don’t expect a boarding‑school atmosphere with strict supervision. So our rating: Views: 10/10 🏔️ Cabin: pretty 👍 Privacy: better not look 🔍 Relax: questionable 😅 Adrenaline: free 🔥 Owner: omnipresent 👀 If you’re looking for a place to relax with family or friends, grill, and sit down in the evening, we can’t recommend this spot. The biggest sense of peace we paradoxically felt only at departure. 😄

We had a wonderful stay in a calm, pleasant setting, and the host Dariusz’s kindness and availability were a real plus!

The house was very clean and the owner extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for trips to the Tatra, Krakow, or Auschwitz. There was a lovely sauna and the owner takes perfect care of guests. We could play billiards and swim in the pool. A coffee machine would have been nice, but we switched to cappuccino, which worked for the time.
