“Good”

The room was fine and the staff were flawless, but the Jacuzzi was too intense to use, the shower mostly ran hot water and it was hard to locate cold water, and I was let down that the hotel didn’t offer any drinking water for guests.

Location was amazing. Comfortable beds & pillows. Shower pressure good. Rooms very clean and big!. Cleanliness & had an indoor pool

“Dust bunnies”

I liked that I had to walk a long way to room 165B and I told the front desk I had a wheelchair sticker; the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and helped us with what we needed. We arrived late and went straight to bed. The rooms were quite old, the bathroom lacked cups, and the room was dusty—definitely not the best Vermont stay I’ve had. Next time I might choose a lower floor near the back door where the ice machine is.

“worth the stay”

I had a fantastic stay here: the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well kept; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help; the service was top‑class, the vibe was relaxing, the location was convenient, and everything went beyond my expectations—I’d highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.
