The owners were available, friendly, and kind—people with heart who made us appreciate the stay even more. The setting was genuine and authentic, perfect for those who dislike too many frills. Breakfast was good, varied, and plentiful. The beach was close, and the best Tunisian beaches were just a few dozen minutes away.

The name “Hirondelle” comes from the swallows that have nested inside the property, which means droppings everywhere. It’s outside the center, so the place is quiet, but you need a car to get to the city or the beautiful Kelibia beach. The view from our room faced the chicken coop, and the balcony had mouse droppings that fortunately we didn’t see. We didn’t use the breakfast because many bars offer very cheap breakfasts. If you only need a bed and a shower, it’s perfect (even though the price is a bit high!), and the room was clean and spacious.

Accueil au top. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et les échanges ont été très agréables. Les équipements sont simples mais suffisants pour quelques jours. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Emplacement très proche de la plage. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage

The structure is very simple and the rooms are clean. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but it was very close to the sea.
