The hotel sits right next to the castle and the underground parking, has a stylish design, a lovely courtyard, and the bed is very good. However, room 308 is tiny, forcing every movement to be carefully planned; the courtyard window opened to a 30‑person party that lasted until 1 am, with the champagne waste clearly taking priority over the guests’ night‑time peace.

The location was very good and the staff was very welcoming.

The pool and sauna were great, but the hammam could use a refresh and some essential oils.

The location, calm atmosphere, and staff were all positive, yet the decor feels sad, the overall ambiance is lacking, bathrobes are missing compared to the bathroom photo, the room seems small, and arriving by car is crowded and delicate.
