We stayed there again for three nights and, although the place itself isn’t remarkable except for the nice area around the Münster, we appreciated the upgrade to the large studio under the roof for the two of us; the nearby airport flights start at 6 am, but it’s quiet at night.
“Wir kommen wieder.”
The hotel was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
“This was our second time staying here. They were friendly and welcoming.”

The hotel is quiet, everything is tidy, and the room was cozy, though I found the mattress a bit too low and somewhat firm; breakfast was great, delicious, and had something for everyone.
“Inaceptable”
Parking is available right next to the hotel. When we checked in, the young man couldn’t locate our reservation and we were left waiting with no further details. At check‑out we handed him the key and, since he didn’t say anything, we told him we were leaving because everything was already paid. He shook his head in denial and claimed the room was unpaid. I had to show him the confirmation that the room was paid for and my banking app on my phone, which displayed the payment made several months ago. He finally gave a half‑smile and a half‑apology.
