Everything from the entertainment area to the rooms and the pool was spot‑on, and the staff were super friendly, making the whole experience great. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were brilliantly helpful, the villa was beautiful, the room lovely, and the facilities incredible – the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka.

The house and garden were superb. The room faced the living area, so we could hear people chatting or having breakfast, especially since there were families with kids, which made it particularly lively.

The 100‑year‑old Lankian manor had been restored in a traditional style that really amplified the feeling of being in that country; the shaded garden with a pretty pool, the friendly and polite staff, and the tasty breakfast were all highly recommended. The atmosphere of the old house was the only downside.

Everything! The staff were super accommodating and attentive. The food was fantastic. The whole complex was well‑maintained and nicely laid out. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the beds super comfortable, and the bed linens were also very nice. The only issue was that the cushions on the pool loungers could be replaced; they looked a bit worn.
