The accommodation was very quiet, rooms spacious, staff attentive and welcoming, and there were many services offered (motorbike rentals, activities, etc.).

The staff were extremely friendly and the room and pool were great; only a small workspace would have been nice. Walking to Ubud isn’t ideal.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay near Ubud, quiet and relaxing, feeling like a true escape from the busy areas. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring, going out of their way to help us with everything we needed, making the hospitality special. Breakfast was hearty, fresh, and delicious, and the chef even prepared a vegan option for my wife. Highly recommended for a peaceful, hospitable, and warm experience near Ubud; we’d gladly return.

The villa was nice, rooms were clean and new, and the manager was very kind and responded quickly to everything. They also rent scooters at a cheap price and can arrange transfers to other hotels.

“False description and unprofessional, disrespectful and deceitful staff”

The pictures and description were nothing like reality; thieves and liars! I booked a room for 9 nights, paid in full, but the room was in the middle of the kitchen/common area with no noise filtration, so I could hear everything and had no privacy. When I complained to the manager, Kadek, on WhatsApp, he told me I should have booked a private villa if I wanted privacy (see screenshots). Shocked, I asked for a refund to leave, but he insulted me and blocked me. The refund manager, Fatina, was dismissive and unhelpful, hanging up on me, not replying for hours, telling me not to text her in the evening, then saying she was busy all evening with other guests and couldn’t give me a real solution, just acting as if she didn’t understand me and ignoring my request. The property’s number was unreachable, and no one could talk to me properly about a refund or a suitable solution. I came all the way from Morocco with limited time and budget. The next morning, I was woken early by loud kitchen noises, and later by extremely loud noises from upstairs (furniture moving around), which I recorded on my phone. Fatina kept dismissing my noise complaint and told me they agreed on a 50% refund, but the refund was never applied because they refused my cancel request and left me stuck, unable to ask for it again. They lied about giving me the refund to get me out and keep the money from 9 nights. Thieves and liars! I’ve never been treated this badly by hospitality people, so unprofessional and disrespectful—what a scam! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it.
