I’m 1.94 tall and the stairs are a joke; I almost had to kneel from the entrance to the first floor. The TV doesn’t work, and they gave me three tiny shampoo bottles—one was empty and the others were half full. I would have cancelled if I could, and I’ll never stay here again.

The room smelled like a sewer, the bathroom was uncomfortable, and the beds felt like springs that didn’t let me sleep at all; I’m traveling far for comfort, and the air conditioning barely worked.

The location was fine, but the beds, amenities, blinds that didn’t work properly, torn towels, poor reception service, lack of information, and more all made it a bad experience.
