“A wonderful stay with exceptional customer service—we would definitely return!”

The property was wonderful and our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. I accidentally left my CPAP machine behind after checking out, and they were kind enough to locate it and arrange to have it shipped back to me. I truly appreciated the care and effort they took to help me get something so important returned. Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant that we didn’t like. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by several disappointments. The hot tub was not heated to a comfortable temperature, and the pool was refreshingly cool, but not ideal for a relaxing swim. The sauna also had its share of issues, as it wasn't always functioning properly. Unfortunately, the management seemed unresponsive to these problems, which made my experience even more frustrating. Despite being situated in a great location, I wouldn't consider staying here again due to these issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, I was impressed by the spacious rooms, fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, which made it an ideal choice for our group. The facilities were also good, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure we had everything we needed. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the place could have benefited from a deeper clean before our arrival.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel that offered a unique outdoor experience. The availability of a grill allowed me to cook my meals and enjoy them in the fresh air, which was a wonderful perk. However, the hotel's overall cleanliness and maintenance could be improved upon, as I noticed some areas were in need of attention. Despite this, the hotel's scenic surroundings and friendly staff made up for the minor issues.

“It wasn't good”

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered decent service, but unfortunately, the accommodation itself was quite old and not well-maintained. We had to clean everything ourselves, which was disappointing considering the high price we paid. To make matters worse, we had to pay extra to use the pool, and the tennis and basketball facilities were not fully equipped. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't be returning.
