The hotel sits nicely in the scenic town of Boppard, just a few blocks from the Rhine. The room and bed were simple yet comfortable and mostly quiet. The owners, a husband‑and‑wife duo, were wonderful even though they spoke only limited English and made you feel very welcome. The wife also cooks excellently if you dine at the hotel.

We felt very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the owners were very friendly, and we would return.

The hotel is super centrally located and public parking is within walking distance. The couple who run the hotel are very warm and attentive, and they gave us great activity recommendations. In the evenings we had a drink outside the hotel, met locals and struck up conversations.
