Hilton Garden Inn New York - Times Square Central

The location was great. The breakfast was unclear. The à la carte menu is relatively expensive, but you’re not told you can just grab the buffet instead.

“Good location for a night or two visiting NY.”

Good location, right in Times Square area, if you are going to the theater. Just 2 blocks to Bryant Park. No Lobby to speak of but a small area offers free coffee/tea and water and there is a very small but serviceable alcove selling snacks, etc. There is a restaurant and bar which we did not check out. I would have liked to have an easy chair or some kind in the room

“Perfekte Lage für NYC”

The location was the highlight and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shower handle was broken.

“Wonderful location”

The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm. The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal

The location was the only thing that mattered. The staff were rude and offered no customer service at all.
