Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean, but the staff’s communication felt a bit rude.

the room was lovely and the location was really central. Great breakfast and good restaurant if you don't want to leave the hotel for dinner. Good value for money. There was a situation about my room needing 'room maintenance' and was asked to pack everything up ready to move for when I came back at the end of the day.I was staying 2 nights. It all eventually got sorted, with reception telling me I could stay in the room after all. Staff were nice but didn't think through the situation or handle it so well, in my opinion as it was all so very confusing, took quite a while to sort,and didn't make sense. I would happily stay again as it's a lovely hotel, just would ask for more clarity at reception if there were any issues
