I had an unforgettable time in Tulum, right on the jungle side and a stone’s throw from the beach, where the hotel blends nature and comfort perfectly; the two natural cenotes on the property are magical, the vibe feels authentic, peaceful, and deeply connected to the surroundings, and the sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking; the service was exceptional with an attentive team ready to help, and the sushi restaurant served absolutely delicious food – a perfect spot to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Tulum’s beauty, highly recommended!
I’ve visited Tulum many times, but this hotel offers the ideal mix of lush jungle surroundings, a private cenote, and nearby beach tranquility; the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bed linens and mattress; the staff were attentive, warm, and highly professional; don’t miss the purple, yellow, orange, red sunset from the rooftop – bring your favorite drink; the sushi restaurant is a must‑try, we dined there on our first evening and loved it so much we ordered room service from them later; highly recommended.

The place is gorgeous, with beautiful accommodations; the room has a stove and lounge chairs on the upper floor; it’s close to all shops and bars, and there’s even a cenote right at the hotel – I’ll definitely return! The downside is the bar noise at night; bring earplugs.
