The location was fine, but I wasn’t satisfied because of a room issue. Even though I booked a balcony room facing the park, the hotel gave me a room that was full and had no balcony. The next evening, when I returned, my belongings were moved without my knowledge or permission to another balcony‑less room, and the front desk staff didn’t even know about it. After I complained, they handed over the keys to the balcony room I had booked, and I finished my stay, but this negative experience bothered me.

The location is great, right in the center, but the floor rugs were old and dirty, probably emitting a bad smell that ruined the room’s enjoyment.

The location is good, but the room was heated with a fan‑type AC that was insufficient, there was no elevator, the beds were uncomfortable, and the shower cabins were poor.
