Inflexibilitatea manageriala. Everything was perfect.

The place was quiet for a stay. There was no shower holder, which made showering very inconvenient.

“Perfect getaway!”

The hotel is stunning, and the apartment we stayed in was even more beautiful—spacious with two toilets, a terrace overlooking the pool, and a real treat. The spa center is large, featuring several saunas, a steam bath, a salt room, all designed to awaken every sense. Breakfast was varied and plentiful; I especially enjoyed the assortment of fruits. The restaurant and front‑desk staff were very polite, and I must highlight the man (name unknown) who claimed to be a house master but worked everywhere when needed; he was nonstop at the spa, ensuring no excess water around the pools, making coffee, serving, and was truly respectful. The hotel also has a roof‑top restaurant where you can drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. Everything was perfect.

“This was an incredible experience”

The views and amenities were great. I couldn’t have food in the room.
