They ask for an extra deposit payment, not sure why. They were lenient with the cancellation though.

First, it was really hard to find. Even when I was able to enter the building, I could not enter the hostel. I called the hostel and messaged for 30 minutes, but nobody answered. I had to cancel my reservation and find another one at the last minute

La situation. Pas de signalisation pour retirer la clé. Pas de réponse au téléphone. Une personne extérieure avait accès à notre chambre et à la salle de bain

The accommodation is great, but it isn't really a hostel. It's a two bed apartment which has two sets of bunk beds in one of the rooms and is being advertised as a hostel. The other bedroom was locked, but I believe contains a double bed. While the accommodation can sleep six people, it can't cater for six in terms of comfy chairs and dinner table space. It's a great, central, location but, simply going by the address, which is what I use to find a place, it is difficult to find.

1. Aucun hébergement correspondant à la description indiquée. 2. Le propriétaire ne répond pas aux messages en temps voulu et le numéro de téléphone fourni est injoignable. 3. Le code d’accès à l’immeuble communiqué par le propriétaire était incomplet : il ne contenait que les chiffres, sans le symbole spécial final. 4. Après avoir appelé la police pour demander de l’aide, j’ai reçu plusieurs appels de harcèlement de la part du propriétaire
