Hotel Harmony-Smile

We were greeted very warmly! The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice, even with a water heater, and the location was perfect. There was a wide selection of gluten‑free items at breakfast. The shower could have been a bit larger ;-)

“Bon rapport qualité prix pour la région.”

The staff were very friendly. The sound insulation was lacking.

“Un gioiellino. Ci torneremo”

The hotel is very cute, well‑maintained, and in an ideal spot near the seafront. Room and common area cleanliness is impeccable, breakfast is delicious and well‑organized, and the entire staff and management are very helpful and attentive. We felt at home and will return. If possible, I would improve the sound insulation of the rooms. The rooms are still very well cared for; it’s clear the maintenance is meticulous.

“wypoczynek, relaks”

Breakfasts were very good, coffee brewed to the guest’s request, a large selection of fruit and pastries, and parking reservation was possible (parking spots are very small, large cars have trouble parking, the garage is under the building). It’s close to the main promenade and the beach. The intense cleaning chemical smell was unpleasant, and we probably received the smallest possible room, so there wasn’t much space in the room.

“Hotel Harmony & Smile”

The hotel is beautiful, clean and luxurious. Breakfast is the best quality, great selection, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Eva who went out of her way to help us on our last evening. We cannot thank her enough. The location is great with beautiful beaches, restaurants, beach clubs, and the train is nearby; traveling to Lucca was extremely straightforward. Using bicycles was fantastic too. Bicycle lanes are great. Nothing. Everything was fantastic!
