I didn’t feel safe because the room had glass doors with torn blinds. Upon arrival, there was no receipt for the room payment, and in the morning I was told to find a place to exchange 500 hryvnia. The room didn’t have disposable slippers, and there was dust near the bed. The toilet lacked a trash bag, only a basket; the towels weren’t fresh, making them unpleasant to use. The price and quality do not match.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and it’s in a quiet area close to ATB.

The hotel's location was very convenient, and the reception staff were friendly. Our room had everything we needed, including slippers, water, a kettle, cups, tea, and sugar. It was very convenient and pleasant. The room was also warm. However, someone was smoking in the hotel despite the no-smoking signs.
