“Estadia satisfatória”

I liked the atmosphere, the reception, the quiet, the breakfast and the cleanliness. Some items were a bit worn out.

Organization, cleanliness and breakfast. The pool area was under renovation, I wasn’t notified in advance, and my daughter really wanted to use it.

The coffee is really good. Loved it! The cook Rosane is excellent. Better lighting near the mirror would help us get ready. That’s not a big issue, just a suggestion. The cleaning is very good. Reception service is very good. Kudos to João, Guilherme and the rest. Kudos to Pousada 14Bis. It was worth it 👏🏼👏🏼🌻🎁

I found the small Santos Dumont museum fascinating, with very well made replica models. The room was cozy and the breakfast was good. Mauricio was especially helpful. Some parts of the lodge were closed, like the pool, and that should have been mentioned when booking; honestly, they shouldn’t even show a pool in the photos if it’s closed. The fireplace was just decorative because there was no firewood.
