Gardenview Bed and Breakfast

“We had such a nice time at the Gardenview and Newport is a lovely town! Highly recommend!”

The breakfasts were delicious, served at a lovely table in a lovely appointed room! Fresh fruit was always available, and there was a main dish – multiple juices/coffee/tea, as well as granola and other baked goods to choose from. We especially loved getting to know our hostess, Mary! She was super helpful and a delight! And, since there are only two rooms at this inn, the other guests were fun to meet during breakfast, and the inn is very quiet. The shower was a little unusual (handheld shower head) – but the room was comfortable and large!

Great, quiet location away from the hustle of the waterfront but accessible to the cliff walk, mansions and other attractions. Mary was a great host and gave us some fabulous recommendations for food and activities. The bed was a little soft for our liking

A cozy, classy B&B that radiates warmth and hospitality. The breakfast was mouth‑watering, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. Mary, the host, was caring, attentive, and accommodating, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
