The downtown location is excellent, the gym is very good, and the swimming pool and spa facilities are top‑class. The one‑bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious. The reception area is very busy and open, with no quiet lounge.

The hotel is well situated in Toronto, making it easy to walk around the city. The sign is so easy to miss.

The spot was great, but the pool, sauna and jacuzzi felt underwhelming for a 5‑star place, and the staff didn't seem very friendly to us.
