It’s close to the garden and there are plenty of cafés. I liked the spot. On the ground floor there’s a shop and a pastry lunchroom. I think it’s pretty sweet for the price.

This is the best apartment‑hotel on our trip! It sits in downtown Astana on the 5th floor. The Botanical Garden is nearby. The room was clean and had everything. The dining room is on the 2nd floor. I really liked it!

The view of the park is exceptional. The room wasn’t clean, there was no breakfast, the listed amenities were missing, and the location was very risky because the hotel is hard to find with no signs at all.

The place is real, there’s a reception, they confirmed the booking and kept in touch. In Astana that’s a huge plus, trust me. The apartments have everything needed for a long stay: AC, kettle, board, iron, some internet. It’s right across from the Botanical Garden, about 10 minutes by taxi to Arenda. There are many cafés around. The bathrooms were not great – I found metal stains everywhere, the shower cabin was dirty in the corners. My friends’ apartments didn’t have a second shower door either and had stains too. Cleaning was very weak. When I asked, they changed the bedding, towels, and supplies, but the floor stayed dirty and the delivery bag was untouched. The internet was weak – it exists but drops out, they give you instructions to connect to another network, but it keeps disconnecting.
