“Charming host and great breakfast.”

We took the train and the walk to the hotel is pretty straightforward; the back of the building is close to the steps that lead up to Agrigento’s historic centre, which sits on a steep hill. The town and the temples are a fair distance apart, so to reach the Valley of the Temples you’re better off catching a bus from the station or hailing a taxi. The place itself is on the twelfth floor of an apartment building. The host was friendly, gave solid recommendations, and the breakfast was beautifully presented. If you’re not comfortable with heights, the terrace might not be for you.

Todo. Buena ubicación, excelente desayuno, habitaciones cómodas, lugar para estacionar enfrente. Muy buen anfitrión. No veo nada negativo.

“A good and convenient location in Agrigento”

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is convenient for the main street, which is up the back of the apartment block and runs parallel. The main street hosts restaurants, shops, etc., and is a hub for activity. Parking wasn’t difficult, but you have to be a bit lucky. It’s a maximum of 10 minutes to the Valley of the Temples. The setup was a bit of a surprise. The room was quite small. There are 4 individual rooms with shower etc. There’s a huge common area with kitchen and lounge area, then a very large balcony. I think if a few of you are traveling together and need your own room, this is a great option.
