I didn't find anything positive, but the bathrooms, service, staff and cleanliness were terrible.

The location near the city center and Señora Imperatrice was good, but I liked nothing: the staff were unhelpful, the breakfast was bad, the room had no water, ants in the room and beds, and there were internet problems.

The location was fine, yet the service was awful. The night guard was broken, didn't greet anyone and showed no willingness to help; the owner, apparently, was annoyed when I pointed out that the shower had no hot water.

The location is great, and the staff service is also good. The only downside I found was the bed, and on one or two occasions there was no hot water.

The location is good, but the room and bathroom were very cold, so I had to put plastic over the bathroom window.
