Persoon was heel aardig, de plek is ook heel leuk. Er zijn veel gezamelijke ruimtes waar je gezellig kan zitten. De slaapkamers zijn lekker ruim en schoon. De onsen was ook heel fijn en schoon!

Rooms feature simple décor, air‑conditioning, and heating. Guests enjoy a bar, shared kitchen, lockers, and luggage storage. Nearby, Lake Ashi, Hakone‑Yumoto, and the Open Air Museum are easily accessible.

It is very close to the station, and it has a built-in onsen, which is a huge plus. The staff was super kind and very helpful. It could have been cleaner, especially the toilets. We arrived in pouring rain, and because of this the room smelled a bit. Altogether not a bad place, especially considering that there's an onsen downstairs, and the price was also the best, but I suggest picking a different place if you're not comfortable with "roughing it" a bit

Lo staff è stato super accogliente e premuroso nell'indicarci come arrivare alla struttura. L'ambiente è molto scenografico e suggestivo. Molto comodo alla stazione: prendete il sottopasso dalla stazione, accorgerà la strada! La struttura ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice a monete utilizzabile posta appena fuori dall'ingresso
