“They don't give a room and misbehave with Us. My booking is confirmed online.”

I made a booking, but they never gave me a room and behaved very rudely; it was the worst experience with this property and its staff.

Rootz Resort Dehradun provides a peaceful stay with stunning mountain and valley views, especially from the rooftop café. The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxing time, making it a great place to enjoy quality moments together in a scenic setting.

“Average”

Breakfast was not included in the package, and I couldn't eat there because it started at 9 am while we had to leave by 8 am for our onward journey. Food and room service were average, the washroom was poorly maintained, and there was a lot of nighttime disturbance from other guests that the staff failed to control despite multiple requests. The location was okay but not great, and the room facilities were average for the rates charged.

“Everything felt perfect”

Breakfast was really delicious and everything was perfect. The morning view was absolutely beautiful, with mountains and sunrise making the place feel even more special. Everything was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the resort had great ventilation and a stunning view of the mountains and sunrise—a truly peaceful place. I would love to visit again. Everything is perfect 👌
