Exclusive Rooms

I managed to check in on short notice and the host was very helpful, but the fridge was noisy and there were no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities; it was also very bright and would benefit from blackout blinds.

The room was tiny, the equipment was modern but poorly assembled, the sockets were not securely fastened, and there was only a mini fridge. The view faced the parking lot, which was disappointing, and the lack of glasses or small plates made it hard to use the fridge, especially with kids and being far from the water.

The apartment was gorgeous, tidy, clean, and well equipped. The location was excellent, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

“It’s good, but there is still room for improvement.”

The rooms had been recently renovated and the finish is nice and tasteful, with a balcony. Parking is included in the price. The owner is very friendly and the apartment comes with a towel, fridge, and Wi‑Fi. However, at this price the room should at least include a kettle and cups; currently these are missing, so making tea or coffee is impossible unless you bring your own portable heater. Cleanliness around the property could also be better – the rooms and corridors are clean, but there was litter in the courtyard.

A positive detail was the beautiful Havišće beach, about one kilometre from the property and definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, my experience did not justify the name “Exclusive Rooms” or the price. On arrival I took the wrong street and tried repeatedly to contact the owners for help finding the property; the phone was unreachable, so I had to rely on a neighbour. When I finally found the place I asked the owners to welcome me and show the room, but no one was there. Only after the third call did I get a response from the owner, who said her phone was off and she was sleeping, even though my arrival time had been pre‑arranged. The room arrived without air conditioning, even though the outside temperature was about 36 °C. When I pointed this out, the reply was that hotels don’t usually turn on AC before guests arrive, which I found an inappropriate answer. The room itself was tidy and clean but did not live up to the standard implied by “Exclusive Rooms”. Instead of a wardrobe there was only an open shelf with no hangers; after I requested them, a few plain plastic hangers were brought, which still does not give the impression of a higher‑class accommodation. In the bathroom there was no toothbrush cup or toothpaste, the toilet water had not been flushed beforehand, and there was no simple towel or mat for stepping out of the shower. In short, the room is adequate for ordinary private lodging but does not justify the name “Exclusive Rooms” or the price charged.
