The hotel was honestly terrible. The room had a disgusting smell and cockroaches were crawling inside. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and my friend who stayed there also had an allergic reaction, breaking out in a severe rash and red bumps. The situation was extremely uncomfortable, and I strongly believe the hotel must take this matter seriously and improve its cleanliness and pest control immediately.

It’s close to everything, but the rooms next to yours are noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend staying there for families.

The hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff are fine; it's quiet enough. However, the room itself is small and sterile, making it a bit depressing to spend time in. At check‑in I had to sign a joiner‑fee agreement that charged 500 THB for a second guest, even though I had booked and paid for a double room—this condition was not disclosed anywhere in the listing.

The location is great, but the rooms feel old and cramped for the price.

The location is good and the place is clean.
