All staff members were very pleasant, showing great kindness in helping people who might not know their way around the city, and overall providing excellent care. The facilities were well organized, clean, and very comfortable, with minimal noise and a calm atmosphere. Excellent service.

The best part was the reception staff – super kind and loving. They upgraded our room at no cost, which was great! They cleaned our room daily. The common area was very good. Our reservation was for a double room that felt very small, had no windows, was claustrophobic, and the bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen was tiny. The location is okay but not really close to the center.

The spot’s location is spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from the Santa Fe mall, and everything else was fine.

The pillows were dirty, the bed was broken, and the bathroom smelled bad; even though the area is decent, there’s nothing nearby—just pricey shopping centers 😓.
