The hotel offered a pleasant stay, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but a missed wake-up call marred the experience. Although the guest didn't partake in breakfast, they found it visually appealing. However, the missed wake-up call highlighted a potential issue with the hotel's service.

The hotel's breakfast was satisfactory, but a miscommunication with the front desk staff regarding a group booking caused significant inconvenience and financial issues. The guest's employer would have benefited from a more considerate approach to handling group reservations.

The hotel's location was a major advantage, but the breakfast experience fell short due to the unappetizing and cold food. Although the guest appreciated the hotel's accessibility, the subpar breakfast was a notable drawback.
