Good location, breakfast was fine. Nothing to add. As a double room, it could have been a bit larger.

Surroundings (Daniele, sheep, horses, lake), friendly staff, a very nice room, comfortable bed. No elevator.

I was greeted with a genuine smile from the receptionist when we asked if early check‑in was possible; she sent us a text once the rooms were ready. While waiting, we could grill in a dedicated area and have lunch in a large wooden pavilion. The parking lot is huge and we found a shaded spot with no trouble. The rooms are fairly spacious, with comfortable beds, and the beach is very close. At the hotel entrance there’s a small ice‑cream stand. There were no other issues.

The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was missing.

The kitchen at Karczma was excellent, and everything else was fine.
