It was an amazing stay! The hotel’s décor feels like a museum, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The owners of this tiny hotel were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location is fantastic – the house opposite the hotel mutes the street noise, and when you walk past it, a gate opens to the right while the left leads to the seaside Park of Rest with its promenade yachts, boats, sailboats, jetskis, and beach. Everything is only a 5–10 minute walk away! The neighborhood feels like living in old Italy or Portugal, with well-maintained historic houses, flowers, shops, cafés, and other amenities. If you want a luxurious stay in Batumi close to the beach, this is the place – you won’t regret it. And honestly, everything was even better than I expected.

The interior feels traditional, but don't think of it as a hotel; it's a family house with rooms on a guest floor. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and flexible, making the stay as pleasant as possible.

The staff were friendly. The room I had booked was unavailable and parking turned out to be impossible. I was given a cheaper room instead and received many apologies for the inconvenience.
