“stay was very good”

The stay was very good; there were no negatives.

The cleaning and hygiene service was very bad, and the facilities were poor.

“Not worth it”

I didn't like the overall experience. It was supposed to be very clean and hygienic according to other reviews, but the room was not clean, the wall had stains, and the wifi was not working. When I called reception, they said, “sir wifi nahi chalega recharge khtm hogya hai phone se chala lo,” which was very unprofessional. If the recharge was finished, they should have arranged it, especially since wifi is an important facility. After that, there were no towels in the room. I called reception for a towel and they said, “sir bhijwa raha hoo,” then a boy came with only a water bottle. Regarding the towel, they said, “sir towel to nahi hai available baaki rooms mai lag gaye hai abhi extra nahi available hai.” Expectations were very high, but it didn't materialize. I won’t believe reviews next time.

I had an excellent stay, one of the best in a long time; the room was spotless and well-appointed, the staff were courteous, and everything was handled quickly. The setting felt calm and the facilities were adequate, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.
