The staff were friendly, but it would have been better if towels were provided in the bathroom. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it rained and thundered at night, so I couldn’t relax in the sky open-air bath I had been looking forward to.

The shampoo selection and hair dryers in the large bath area were great, and the food was also a big hit. However, the large bath changes daily, so when I entered in the morning the shampoo options and dryers were different from the night shift, which was disappointing.

I soaked in the hot spring at a relaxed pace, and the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful—thank you very much.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service staff. The rooms were spotless, the half‑board meals were thoughtfully planned and tasty, and I would definitely recommend returning.
