La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis East

The room was large. We stayed in the annex, so the rooms didn’t match the photos and felt outdated.

After a long drive I arrived to find that an event was happening, my previously booked room was gone, and I was moved to a cheap hotel across the street with no warning. I asked for a refund, they promised to send it back, but I still haven’t received it.

“Other than laundry facilities , 👍”

Location. The laundry facility was 3rd party, no coins ! , had to download app and it still didn’t work , hotel said call the ph number on machines, they are based out of Europe and support was closed when called ph number ……might as well remove machines and put in a Coke or Pepsi machine
