The spot is fantastic right next to the Venice boat dock, the view is great, the service is excellent, and the room feels cozy, modern, and well-equipped with air‑conditioning. The breakfast could offer a wider variety.

“Great location on Lido.”

Nice little hotel in a perfect spot right at the ferry terminal. The room was spotless and comfy, and I didn’t hear any noise because it was at the back. Breakfast was solid and the location was spot‑on. When I asked the lady at the breakfast café to fill my water bottle, she told me to use the toilet water instead, which left me disappointed because I was trying to avoid single‑use plastic. Everyone else was lovely.

The staff were very helpful, the room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The location was very convenient right beside the vaparetto terminal. The facilities were a bit basic, with no pool, no gym, and no late‑night bar.
