Lala and her husband are spectacular people. The whole family that runs this place is too. I felt protected from the moment I arrived. They were attentive to my needs. At night everything is quiet and you can sleep very well. There’s also a restaurant next door. Everything is very complete. The location is unbeatable! Thank you.

“Lo mejor de Rancagua”

The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, which was a huge plus. The host was genuinely warm and went out of her way to make me feel like part of the family. I left feeling taken care of and comfortable.

The spot is great and the facilities are solid, plus the couple running the place were super friendly. The downside was the key situation – we kept getting locked out and had to call them constantly, and the room key wouldn’t work at all, so staff had to pry the door open. It was a hassle that stole a bit of the good vibe.

The owners greeted us with genuine kindness, which set a nice tone for the visit. The only let‑down was that there was no breakfast service, so we had to find our own morning meal.
