The staff were amazing, but the rooms and bathrooms need some updating. The place was very clean, and although the mattress felt a bit hard, it was still good.
“Would not recommend”
The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the housekeeping guy brought us a plunger and that was it. He entered the room while we were wet, wearing swim clothes without shoes or a shirt. The floors were extremely dirty, and the white towel was soiled. I had to stand on it after the pool had turned brown, and we had to wear crocs to take a shower.
