Located just outside San Lugano, Hotel Residence Rosa is 5 km from Cavalese ski slopes, offering free parking, a traditional restaurant, and comfortable rooms with carpeted floors and satellite TV. The hotel features a buffet breakfast, Italian cuisine, and South Tyrol specialties, along with private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, and proximity to an ice skating rink and golf course.

The host and staff were very nice; the rooms were beautiful, modern, with balconies and large bathrooms; there’s a separate courtyard with parking; the house is clean; there’s a bar; breakfast was good and dinner was very good (definitely book half‑board!). The SS 48 in front of the building makes it a bit noisy, but that’s unavoidable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was good, the location excellent, and I liked being able to use the wellness centre. I recommend this place.

The staff and service were very helpful, the room was large with a tea‑making option, the atmosphere inside was pleasant, and the breakfast and dinner were good and varied. The bathroom was very, very small, which is a drawback, and the location isn’t ideal because the hotel sits on a busy main road.

The manager was kind, the apartment was clean and had everything needed, and I could lock my bikes safely.
