The property looks nice, but my stay fell short: there’s no breakfast service, which I see as a major drawback, and the staff’s attitude was lacking – the long‑curly‑haired receptionist was cold, curt and unfriendly throughout. They also forced us to sign a contract with terms that felt overly rigid and aggressive. The pool water was too cold, and when I asked for towels for the pool they told me to use the room towels, something I’ve never encountered elsewhere and found unacceptable. Moreover, the coat‑check area was practically inaccessible. Overall, the service and attention were below my expectations, so I’m unlikely to return.

The rooms were clean. When we arrived, we were told adults were entitled to breakfast but our child wasn’t. Later at breakfast, they said everyone had a right to breakfast but it took about 30 minutes for the staff to serve us, and my child never got a glass of milk. During our stay, an event inside the hotel caused a lot of noise at night, and they let us rest.

The place was super clean, the tacos next door were top notch, and the staff and facilities matched the pictures exactly. The only downside was that the breakfast staff seemed untrained, but nothing major, and the mattress was a bit hard, though the price‑quality ratio still works.

The location was incredible. The beds were very hard, and the towels and sheets were stained.
