The place felt secure for families, the staff were polite and helpful, and it was in an easily accessible area, but the bedsheets and towels weren't cleaned properly; otherwise the room was neat and clean.

The location was good and some staff were helpful, but the overall cleanliness was lacking; the bed sheets and floor mats were dirty.

The hotel was in a very quiet spot with easy access to the railway station and other places, my room stayed neat and clean, and taxis and autos were readily available; however, the bathroom could use improvements—there was no shower head, the light was dim, and there was no Wi‑Fi in my room.

“It will be more convinient if the restaurant attached functions in time”

Room allocation was quick, but the attached restaurant didn't serve breakfast, so we had to depend on nearby hotels that are within a short walk.
