The restaurant was poorly run, especially dinner and breakfast had few options and the food quality was only average; the dining experience could have been better, and the small square cushions were smelly because they hadn’t been washed.

“Waste of Money, wouldn't even Give 2 star”

The resort’s overall ambience and the restaurant food were good, but I booked a Tamarind room and was given a different room (room 3004) that was in a bad state with damp walls, dead insects in the bathroom, and it felt abandoned; after requesting a change they moved me to room 3001, whose bathroom lacked a handwash and the hot water took 15–20 minutes to come on, and the kettle was rusty and unclean—when I asked for a replacement it was left at the door instead of waiting for me; the most serious issue was a spider in the water bottle provided, which seemed to have been stored for a long time; when I complained they said I’d been given a villa without extra charge, but I wasn’t told about the change or asked for consent, and they only waived my dinner bill of 1700/-, yet charged about 5500/- for that resort room/villa.
