“Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with great views”

The vistas were awesome, the staff was friendly and service was always prompt, but the pool isn’t heated so it was a bit too cold to use while I was there.

The place was clean, the hotel staff did everything they could to help us; if you want a place that takes care of you, this is it, and there’s also a tasty restaurant and a rooftop pool with insane views for those who want it. However, there’s a climb to get to the hotel, and the hotel provides a shuttle from the morning until about 18:00, after which you’re left to rely on tuk‑tuks, most of which fail to get you up the climb; it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but it’s something to consider.

“I’d go here again!”

The view is amazing because this hotel might be at the highest point in Ella town, so you can see Ella’s rock, Little Adam’s Peak, and Ella Gap from their rooftop restaurant and bar; their location means they offer a shuttle service that’s very handy, and the staff is very personal and friendly—kudos to them! Nothing negative.

The location was up an extremely steep road, the view was amazing, the restaurant was excellent, and there were great choices.
