The place is super close to the station and the historic center, and the fresh renovation really shows. The room comes with a kettle and a fridge, and the corridor has a microwave, coffee maker, tea, coffee, and snacks. The room itself is spotless and well equipped. The downside is the poor sound insulation – you hear everything from the street and the corridor. At night there was a lot of street noise, and in the morning the neighbors from other rooms were loud in the corridor at 6 am, waking us up.

“Sehr schönes Zimmer für Sightseeing in Parma!”

The room is brand‑new, very pretty, and located in a multi‑family house with a courtyard. In a front‑room they offered coffee, water, and croissants for a light breakfast. It’s ideal for exploring Parma, and the host responds quickly to any requests.

The host helped us with the tour and even left our luggage before check‑in. The location is super close to the station, and the room and bathroom are great sizes. No further comments.
