The staff were exceptional and the food was good; the room was excellent and the location great, though it can get a bit noisy at night.

The location was super central, we had a nice, spacious room, and the pub downstairs let us get to our room quickly in the evenings; a lift would be nice, but we could also haul our luggage up the stairs.
